Unlike traditional therapy, utilizing a therapist is not a prerequisite for this self-help platform, and a formal PTSD diagnosis is not mandatory. The program accommodates all trauma types and user backgrounds, whether military or civilian.

Grounded in decades of research, Brace incorporates proven techniques aimed at alleviating trauma-related symptoms. By rendering these techniques accessible through self-guided exercises, the platform facilitates progress tracking and guidance towards completion—typically involving five sessions per week for 9-12 weeks. Conceived by a PTSD survivor keen on democratizing this therapeutic knowledge, the program offers affordability rarely found in traditional treatment options, with full access costing less than 1% of standard therapy expenses.
